Personalized Items (Custom Printing)
- Non-returnable, non-refundable once your digital proof is approved and production has started.
- Cancellations are accepted before proof approval for a full refund.
- If we make a production error (wrong color, foil, quantity, or damage caused by us), we will reprint or refund at no cost.
- If an error appears exactly as approved in your proof (text, spelling, dates), we can reprint at a discounted rate.
Non-Personalized Items
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
