Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2025

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized invitations

  • Custom wording, names, dates, or designs

  • Digital proofs once approved

  • Printed and shipped items


Exceptions – We’ll Make It Right If:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There’s a printing error caused by us

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We'll gladly reprint or refund depending on the issue.


🖥️ Proof Approval Responsibility:

We send a digital proof before printing. It's your responsibility to carefully check all spelling, dates, and details before approval.
Once approved, we cannot make changes or accept responsibility for any typos or errors.


📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments:

We ship using reliable carriers and provide tracking.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
